BEHIND THE BLEACHERS

We're excited to share a peek into our latest project at Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox: refreshing two of the stadium's iconic bars.

Our task was to project manage the renewal of two bars within the venue: the Vizzy View Bar and Leinenkugel’s Lodge, covering over 18,000 square feet. These areas, once drab and dated, were transformed by NOVA with subtle yet impactful updates, including new lighting, contemporary furnishings, and improved bar layouts.

Thanks to our longstanding relationships with key players like the White Sox, McHugh Construction, and HOK, we jointly embarked on this project, aiming to create an upgraded fan experience that hit it out of the park!

The renovated bars now offer stunning views of the stadium and provide a cozy escape from the brisk Chicago weather, and they are even open to the public! It was encouraging to witness the lively atmosphere at the bars on Opening Day last week, and we look forward to their expanded use in hosting private gatherings and other special events on non-game days.
